The minimum order quantity for this custom collection program is 3,000 pieces per design. Final production details depend on the size, fabric, artwork and packaging.
Can you develop original emotional character plush toys from my drawings?
Yes. Send your sketches, reference images, size, age group, target market and preferred materials. Our team can review feasibility, sampling details and bulk production costs.
What is the sample and production lead time?
Standard samples often take 7–10 working days, while more complex styles may need 10–15 working days or longer. Standard production may take around 15–20 working days after final approval; complex or peak-season projects can take 30–35 days or longer. All deadlines are confirmed for each order.
Can you make weighted plush toys?
Yes. We can evaluate weight placement, securely contained compartments and suitable filling materials. Final weight and safety requirements are assessed for the intended age group and market.
Do you offer retail-ready packaging and private label services?
Custom woven labels, hangtags, embroidery, insert cards, gift boxes, barcode placement and carton markings can be specified and quoted for each project.
Can you provide safety certificates and test reports?
We can discuss EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, REACH, GPSR and AS/NZS ISO 8124 requirements as applicable. Available supplier documents and project-specific third-party test reports can be requested through an inquiry; approval is not universal for every product or market.
