Artwork Review & Feasibility Check

You send us your character artwork, reference images, target size, order quantity and market requirements. We review the shape, details, fabric options, embroidery, printing, accessories and packaging needs. Since not every design detail can be produced exactly the same in plush form, we also suggest practical solutions to keep the product beautiful, cost-controlled and production-friendly.

Quotation & Project Confirmation

After confirming the size, material, quantity, packaging and special requirements, we provide a clear quotation. The final cost may vary depending on fabric, embroidery complexity, accessories, MOQ, packaging and shipping method. Before sampling, we align the key specifications to make sure both sides understand the production direction.

Prototype Sample & Revision

A physical sample is made based on the confirmed specifications. This step helps you check the shape, fabric, colors, logo placement, embroidery details, filling softness and overall feeling before bulk production. If adjustments are needed, we help revise the sample according to your comments until the final sample is ready for production approval.

Bulk Production, Inspection & Shipping

After the final sample is approved, we arrange bulk production according to the confirmed specifications. The approved sample becomes the reference for mass production. Before shipping, we check appearance, workmanship, labels, packaging and quantity, and support suitable shipping options based on your destination, timeline and order volume. Our goal is not only to produce plush toys, but to help you develop a product that is realistic, cost-controlled and suitable for commercial sales.
